Delivery options for your puppy

At Prime Pawline Co, the safety and comfort of our puppies during delivery is our top priority. We offer several options so your new companion — whether it's an Akita, American Pitbull, Australian Shepherd, Basset Hound, Beagle, Bichon Frisé, Border Collie, Boston Terrier, Boxer, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Cavachon, Chihuahua, Chow Chow, Cocker Spaniel, or Corgi — arrives at your home safe and stress-free.

Every delivery includes

Official vaccination record with every shot administered
Veterinary health certificate (issued within 48 hours of pickup)
USDA-compliant travel documentation
Welcome kit with food sample, toy, and a blanket with familiar scent
Purchase agreement
Pedigree and breed documentation (when applicable)
Breed-specific care guide

Option 1: In-person pickup

In-person pickup is always our favorite option. We warmly invite you to visit our facility and meet your puppy in their familiar environment.

Tips for pickup

If you're picking up your puppy in person, we recommend bringing:

An approved travel crate (no cardboard boxes)
A soft blanket for the inside of the crate
Wipes for any accidents
Fresh water and a small bowl

Option 2: Nationwide ground transport

For families across the continental USA who can't come to us in person, we arrange safe ground transport for your puppy through specialized pet transport companies.

Specialized pet transport: Climate-controlled vehicles specifically equipped for animal travel
Nationwide coverage: Delivery across the continental U.S. typically within 2–4 days
Real-time tracking: We keep you informed of the transport status
Cost: Starting at $600 depending on distance and destination

USDA-compliant transport

We partner exclusively with USDA-compliant pet transport providers. All vehicles are climate-controlled, properly ventilated, and meet federal Animal Welfare Act standards.

Option 3: Flight nanny & airline delivery

We offer in-cabin flight nanny service and airline-managed shipping for your Prime Pawline Co puppy. All paperwork is prepared on our end:

USDA health certificate: Required document for interstate travel
ISO microchip (11784/11785): Identification to international standards
Valid rabies vaccine: Required when applicable (at least 21 days before travel)
Flight options: In-cabin with a dedicated flight nanny, or climate-controlled cargo per IATA rules
Service area: All 50 U.S. states — major airports available for both options
Cost: Starting at $850 depending on destination airport

Age requirements for air travel

For air travel, puppies must be at least 10 weeks old and fully cleared by our veterinarian. Please plan ahead so we can meet all required timelines.

Transport conditions

Whatever option you choose, we guarantee:

IATA-compliant travel crate with proper ventilation
Temperature control throughout transport (65–75 °F)
Fresh water available during the trip
Blanket with the scent of mother and littermates
No shipping during extreme temperatures (below 40 °F or above 85 °F)
Transport insurance on every shipment

Delivery timeline

The delivery process follows these steps:

Step 1: Reservation confirmed and full payment received
Step 2: Final veterinary exam (48 hours before shipping)
Step 3: All documentation prepared
Step 4: Delivery date and time coordinated with you
Step 5: Puppy ships with real-time tracking
Step 6: Arrival confirmation and follow-up support
